About “Share your favourite photo you took in Hungary” campaign
What is your favourite photo that you took in Hungary as a Hungarian Diaspora Scholarship holder? Share with us under the official post of the game in the Hungarian Diaspora Scholarship Holders Facebook group and leave a sentence to describe why it is your favourite one. The best picture will become the new cover photo of the Hungarian Diaspora Scholarship Holders Facebook group!
Who can participate?
The campaign is open to all Hungarian Diaspora Scholarship holders studying currently in Hungary, who are the members of the Hungarian Diaspora Scholarship Holders Facebook group. Participants must be over 18-years-old.
Schedule
1) The campaign period starts on 20 October and ends on 27 October, 2021. On 20 October, Tempus Public Foundation (the “Organizer”) shares the official post of the “Share your favourite photo you took in Hungary” campaign in the Hungarian Diaspora Scholarship Holders Facebook group.
2) The deadline for sharing your photos under the post is 27 October, 9:00 (CET). You can only participate in the campaign if you share your photo below the original post of the game, posted in the Hungarian Diaspora Scholarship Holders Facebook group.
3) If a photo or comment you submit is found to be disruptive or offensive, the Organizer can exclude the commenter from the game and remove the comment.
4) At the end of the game, the Organizer will announce one winner among those who commented and shared their favourite photos below the official post. The photos are judged by a three-member jury from the employees of Tempus Public Foundation. The winner will be announced on 27 October until 17:00 PM (CET).
Winners’ Selection and Notification
The Winner will be selected by a three-member jury under the supervision of Tempus Public Foundation. The Winner will be announced in the Hungarian Diaspora Scholarship Holders Facebook group on 27 October, 2021, until 17:00 PM (CET).
The Organizer reserves the right not to announce a winner, if no photo and comment is shared below the post or if the photos do not meet the criteria listed in the Practicalities section.
Practicalities
Please be sure to pay such technical details as the following:
- Format: Horizontal
- Preferable size (but not criteria!): width: 820 px ; height: 360 px
- File format: jpg, png (uploaded in comment)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Management of exploitation rights
Participant grants a free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and transferable license to use, reproduce, amend, adapt and alter (including but not limited to translation), publish, distribute, publicly execute and communicate the shared photo and comment (wholly or partially) on the websites and other forums of the Hungarian Diaspora Scholarship, including diasporascholarship.hu, studyinhungary.hu, and Study in Hungary Facebook page.
Exclusions
One person can submit only one comment with one photo during the game. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Organizer.
The Organizer reserve the right to exclude the commenter from the game and remove the comment which could be considered discriminatory based on race, and/or religion and/or nationality; is violent, pornographic or of a sexual nature; is defamatory; incites hatred; contains reference to alcohol, drugs or illegal substances; is contrary to law or contains reference to ill-treatment of animals.

The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. The administrators of the Hungarian Diaspora Scholarship Holders Facebook group. do not share or forward personal data to Facebook.

In connection with the Campaign, we will manage the following personal data of the Winner and the Players:

The purpose of the data management: The Data Controller manages the Winner’s data for the purpose of identifying the Winner and to keep in touch with the Winner in connection to the Campaign.
The duration of the data management: In the case of the Campaign, personal data will be processed until the purpose of data management is achieved, but at most until the Winner’s voluntary consent is withdrawn. The Winner may withdraw his or her voluntary consent at any time, free of charge, by sending an e-mail to .
