SUMMARY:Trip to Tisza-tó – HÖOK Diaspora Mentoring Program Event
DESCRIPTION:We invite you for a wonderful opportunity to explore the hidden beauties of Lake Tisza, on an exciting 2-day trip filled with adventure and unforgettable memories on the 12th and 13th of April. 🌅\nWe are looking forward to sharing this incredible experience with you!\nThe trip will be by train, so we kindly ask everyone to obtain and bring a Country pass.🎫\nDuring the trip accommodation and 2 meals will be provided. 🛌🍽\nAs there will be some walking, please don’t bring a lot of stuff with you (instead of large luggages, we recommend smaller backpacks, and packing smart).\nREGISTER!\nDetailed programme:\n12th April – Saturday\n-Meeting point and time: 07:45 a.m. – Budapest Keleti train station\nThe train leaves at 08:00, so please be on time!\n–Arrival at Poroszló: 09.59 a.m.\n-30 mins walk until Kormoran Restaurant\n-Early lunch at 10.30 (don’t eat a lot for breakfast! 😊)\n– 15 mins walk until “Poroszló Ökocentrum”, where we will spend the afternoon (Europe’s largest freshwater aquarium system, outdoor animal park), and also go on a 1-hour boat trip ⛵\n– Take a bus to Tiszafüred, then 15 minutes walk to Lidl, where everyone buys breakfast for Sunday individually 🥐\n-30 minutes walk to the accomodation\n-Finally, we end the day with an outdoor barbecue\n13th March – Sunday\n– Havnig breakfast we bought last day, check-out\n-5 mins walk to Kormorán port, right next to the Tisza river. 2-3 hours free time there (playing volleyball, cards, sunbathing)\n– Take a bus at 14.45 to Park Restaurant, where we will have lunch together at 15.00.\nthen 15 mins walk until Tiszafüred train station, the train in direction of Budapest leaves Tiszafüred at 16.50.\n– Estimated arrival back to Budapest:19.05\nPlease note, that if there are any changes in the weather, the program might be adjusted accordingly.\nHowever, we are confident that we will have a wonderful time and enjoy some sunny hours together!\nLooking forward to seeing you all and having an amazing weekend! 😊\n
