DESCRIPTION:The history and memories of marriages and love affairs in Hungary opens with an exhibition titled Hungarian Bride. It guides the visitor through the marriage stories of the last 500 years, starting from the 16th century, focusing on the development of the social role of women. The stories of hundreds of known and unknown women come to life in the exhibition, along with their fearfully guarded clothes, accessories, and love letters, all of which tell the story of the change in women’s roles and the relationship to weddings and marriages.
